Something new is opening at Artisan at Griffin Park - actually, make that two somethings.

We’re excited to officially open the doors to the Baker and the Potter, our two newest model homes at Artisan, and we’re celebrating with a full weekend of tours, treats, and real conversations about what buying a home looks like in today’s market.

Meet the Baker + the Potter

There’s nothing quite like walking through a model home in person.

Photos and floorplans can give you an idea of a space, but stepping inside lets you experience how the rooms flow, picture your furniture in place, and start imagining what everyday life could actually look like there.

This Grand Opening weekend is your first chance to come explore the Baker and Potter model homes, see the details up close, and learn more about the possibilities available at Artisan at Griffin Park.

Saturday: Brews & Browse

Saturday, August 15 | 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Start your weekend with a little caffeine and a first look at our newest models.

We’ll have pastries and specialty coffee drinks from Luna Moon Coffee Company while you browse the Baker and Potter, tour the community, and get a feel for life at Artisan.

Come grab a coffee, take your time walking through the homes, and bring along anyone whose opinion matters in your home search.

Sunday: Tacos & Tours

Sunday, August 16 | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If tacos are more your speed, we’ve got you covered.

Join us Sunday for Tacos & Tours, featuring tacos, tortas, and quesadillas from Taquizas El Grullense while you tour the Baker and Potter.

Come hungry, take another look at your favorite spaces, or bring someone who couldn’t make it Saturday.

No appointment needed - just stop by and explore. We're open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
