Progress on our Passport Collection Model Complex is moving along full steam!

Currently, we have three models under construction:

• Lisbon
• Marrakech
• Tulum

Fingers crossed - we're hoping to have our Passport Grand Opening celebration in December - only a few months away!

Our Lisbon model will be through the drywall stage and ready to walk next week so we’d like to invite you on a Dusty Boot Tour of this home on Saturday, September 21 at 1 p.m.

You might be thinking, “What the heck is a ‘Dusty Boot Tour’”?? Well, I’m not going to sugarcoat it...the home has completed walls so it can give you a great idea of the space but...it is still a few months away from being completed. Since the home is in the thick of construction, it will be dusty (dare we say filthy) with construction dust and dirt, be slightly dark inside, and will not have any lighting, flooring, or obviously furniture.

But - if you don’t mind getting a little dusty and are prepared to use your imagination a bit - this tour is a great opportunity to walk the Libson before the models officially open to see if the floor plan is right for you and your needs.

You will be able to get a good feel for the room sizes, home layout, and neighborhood feel.

Plus, if you are diggin’ the Lisbon in this stage, you’ll absolutely LOVE it when it's complete!!

Now that’s a win-win: you don’t need to wait for the completed model and you can take advantage of our outrageously good pre-model pricing!

Come and walk the Lisbon with our sales team on Saturday, September 21 at 1 p.m. Meet us in front of the Lisbon model home. The official address is 1254 Sephos Street, Manteca but the address is not in Google Maps yet :( Best bet is to map yourself to the corner of Union Road and Sephos Street. Or, head south on Union Road. After crossing Woodward Avenue, it will be a right on Sephos - the first road on the right after the Woodward Avenue intersection.

P.S. You don’t actually have to wear boots...sneakers, loafers, basically anything closed toe will do the trick. But if you have boots and want to show them off, by all means, don’t let us hold you back :)

P.P.S. If the Lisbon isn’t your jam BUT you’re DYING to walk through the Marrakech or Tulum model, never fear!! We will also be holding dusty boot tours of those models when they are also through the drywall stage. Thanks for your patience with us - we'll definitely keep you posted :)
