A couple words about us...
Back in the 1940s, when Antone Raymus began building Manteca’s first neighborhoods, he had no idea of the legacy he was creating. Founded on the guiding principles of Exceptional Customer Care, Superior Craftsmanship, and Investing in our Community, Antone’s passion for homebuilding thrived and morphed into what is known today as Raymus Homes.
Being proud locals, Raymus Homes designs with Manteca and its residents in mind. But, homes are only part of the equation. We believe in giving back – investing leadership, time, and financial resources back into the community we call home. Building a beautiful Manteca for generations to come is central to our mission and the core of who we are.

Raymus Homes is a land development company and new home builder catering to the first-time and move-up homebuyers in San Joaquin County and Stanislaus County. We believe that each and every homebuyer is unique and that their new home may be built to reflect this with uncompromising integrity. We offer an agreeable work environment and encourage community participation and leadership.
Raymus Homes is based in Manteca, Ca. We have been building new homes for the over 77 years and have built new homes in Manteca, Stockton, Modesto, Linden, Oakdale, Escalon, Valley Springs and Patterson.
Breaking Ground in the 1980's
Second-generation new home builders with a legacy of building new homes in the Manteca area since 1945, Toni and Bob Raymus are part of a team that loves planning for and building new homes. They focus on you and what you need in a new home. Raymus Homes creates fresh and exciting designs with loads of storage, energy efficiency, and high quality workmanship at affordable prices.
Present Day
We don’t build them like they use to, we build them better. Toni and Bob continually strive to improve staying current with new home trends, construction techniques and design. They have earned Certified Graduate Builder and Green Professional from the National Association of Home Builders and are members of the exclusive Builder 20.
Community Outreach
Understanding that quality homes for neighbors to live in is only one part of the equation, Toni and Bob Raymus develop their community in another way – through charitable giving and service.
Both Toni and Bob actively serve on the boards of local organizations such as the Manteca-Lathrop Boys & Girls Club, HOPE Family Shelters, Give Every Child a Chance, and Doctors Hospital of Manteca. Toni even spearheaded a new event in Manteca – the Great Valley Bookfest – creating a high energy, literacy-focused event in the Central Valley, inviting 60 plus authors to enchant the 7,000 annual attendees.
Additionally, with the creation of Raymus Homes’ Building Dreams Foundation, Raymus Homes directly reaches outs and strives to provide for at-risk children, the homeless, and the elderly – creating safer, more secure environments. We are honored and fortunate to be giving back to the people and the communities that have supported us. This is an important part of the values and beliefs of our company.
