Your Family Will Grow, Play, and Thrive with Our Newest Phase at Artisan

By Raymus Homes Staff - 8-16-2026

When you are searching for a home with kids, pets, and a bustling household, finding the right house is only part of the equation. You aren't just buying square footage—you are buying a neighborhood, a lifestyle, and the backdrop for all your family's best future memories.

That is why we are beyond thrilled to talk about our brand-new 64-home phase release at Artisan at Griffin Park in Manteca! Priced from $599,990 with spacious options ranging from 1,751 to 2,698 square feet (offering 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3.5 baths), this new phase was literally designed with families in mind. We just had our grand opening and wanted to highlight why so many families are sprinting to explore this exciting new release!

Build Your Family’s Story From the Ground Up

One of the most magical parts of this new 64-home phase is the opportunity to truly customize your living space. Instead of settling for someone else's design choices, your family gets to shape your home from the ground up!

  • Pick Your Perfect Lot: Choose a homesite that fits your family's rhythm.
  • Select Your Layout: Explore floor plans featuring open-concept living areas, spacious kitchens for family taco nights, and up to 5 flexible bedrooms so everyone has their own sanctuary.
  • Design Together: Partner with our professional Designer to handpick interior finishes, materials, and colors that match your family's unique style and personality.

A Neighborhood Centered Around Play

Location and community environment mean everything when you have little ones running around. Our newest phase is located right near Griffin Park’s brand-new neighborhood park! Imagine weekend mornings spent tossing a frisbee, afternoon bike rides down safe, friendly streets, and sunny playdates just steps from your front door. It’s an energetic, growing neighborhood where kids can make lifelong friends and families can truly connect.

Room to Live, Work, and Play

Modern family life is dynamic. You might need a homework station, a quiet home office for remote work, a guest suite for visiting grandparents, or indoor-outdoor living spaces for summer barbecues. With layouts up to 2,698 square feet and flexible multi-bed configurations, these homes adapt and grow right along with your family's changing needs.

Everyday Convenience for Busy Parents

Let’s face it—between soccer practice, school drop-offs, grocery runs, and work commutes, life gets busy! Artisan’s prime location in Manteca makes family logistics an absolute breeze:

  • Quick Commutes: Located just south of Highway 120 between I-5 and Highway 99, with easy access to the Lathrop/Manteca ACE Train station for Bay Area commuters.
  • Nearby Essentials: Costco, Safeway, local restaurants, entertainment, and AMC theaters are just moments away, making weekend errands quick and painless.

Come Find Your Family’s Happy Place!

Whether you want to be among the first to choose your homesite in our brand-new 64-home phase or are looking at one of our final quick move-in homes from the original phase, the Raymus Homes team is here to help your family every step of the way. Grand Opening: Meet the Baker and Potter at Artisan at Griffin Park

By Raymus Homes - 8-12-2026

Something new is opening at Artisan at Griffin Park - actually, make that two somethings.

We’re excited to officially open the doors to the Baker and the Potter, our two newest model homes at Artisan, and we’re celebrating with a full weekend of tours, treats, and real conversations about what buying a home looks like in today’s market.

Whether you’re actively searching for your next home, just beginning to explore your options, or simply curious to see what’s new at Artisan, we’d love for you to join us.

Meet the Baker + the Potter

There’s nothing quite like walking through a model home in person.

Photos and floorplans can give you an idea of a space, but stepping inside lets you experience how the rooms flow, picture your furniture in place, and start imagining what everyday life could actually look like there.

This Grand Opening weekend is your first chance to come explore the Baker and Potter model homes, see the details up close, and learn more about the possibilities available at Artisan at Griffin Park.

And because house hunting is better with snacks, we’ve planned something fun for both days.

Saturday: Brews & Browse

Saturday, August 15 | 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Start your weekend with a little caffeine and a first look at our newest models.

We’ll have pastries and specialty coffee drinks from Luna Moon Coffee Company while you browse the Baker and Potter, tour the community, and get a feel for life at Artisan.

Come grab a coffee, take your time walking through the homes, and bring along anyone whose opinion matters in your home search.

Sunday: Tacos & Tours

Sunday, August 16 | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If tacos are more your speed, we’ve got you covered.

Join us Sunday for Tacos & Tours, featuring tacos, tortas, and quesadillas from Taquizas El Grullense while you tour the Baker and Potter.

Come hungry, take another look at your favorite spaces, or bring someone who couldn’t make it Saturday.

No appointment needed - just stop by and explore. We're open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

Wondering What Buying a Home Actually Looks Like Right Now?

We know touring the home is only part of the equation.

Rates, monthly payments, affordability, incentives, and nonstop headlines about the housing market can make it difficult to know what information actually matters to you.

That’s why Annie Feauto with Collective Mortgage will be onsite during our Grand Opening weekend.

Annie will be available to talk numbers, answer financing questions, and help break down what’s really happening in today’s market in a way that’s easy to understand.

Have questions like:

  • What could my monthly payment look like?
  • How much would I need to put down?
  • What price range should I realistically be considering?
  • How do current rates affect my buying power?
  • Does it make more sense for me to buy now or keep waiting?

Bring them.

There’s no pressure and no need to arrive knowing exactly what you want. The goal is simply to give you better information so you can understand your options and make the decision that makes sense for you.

Realtors, We’d Love to See You Too

Working with a client who may be a fit for Artisan?

Come preview the Baker and Potter, get familiar with the newest model homes, check out our quick move-in homes, and learn more about the options you can share with your clients.

Bring your buyers along, or stop by on your own so you know what’s available before your next showing.

With two new models to explore and Annie available to talk through the financing side of the conversation, it’s a great opportunity to get the information your clients may be asking for right now.
