Three More Days

Only three more days until the Grand Opening of our Passport Collection models on Saturday, November 30 in Manteca!

There may be rain in the forecast but we ain’t gonna let a little rain stop us from doin’ our thang! Plus, let’s be real, this is an excellent excuse to show off those fancy rainboots…

We’ll keep you warm inside our fully staged model homes with Portuguese coffee, Moroccan mint tea, and Mexican hot chocolate by the famous Black Dragon Beverage Co. of Tracy!

Hot drinks start at 10 a.m. and at 11 a.m. Mely’s churros will be onsite with HOT. FRESH. FILLED. churros!

I honestly can’t think of any other way I’d want to spend a rainy day in Manteca than doing a model home tour with a hot drink in one hand and a churro in the other!

This is a bit of a spoiler alert, but the model homes look fantastic! We can’t wait to hear what your favorite rooms / themes are and when you plan to move into your new Raymus home at the Passport Collection…

• Take Union Road Exit
• Turn 👉 Right onto Union Road
• Continue Straight past Woodward Avenue
• Turn 👉 Right on Sephos Street
• Models will be on your 👈 Left

From Highway 120 West:

• Take Union Road Exit
• Turn 👈 Left on Union and drive over the overpass
• Continue Straight past Woodward Avenue
• Turn 👉 Right on Sephos Street
• Models will be on your 👈 Left
