With everything opened back up you might be wondering what the new rules and guidelines are. Raymus Homes builds in the beautiful State of California. Our homes are just an hour away from the beach. This provides family with the best of both worlds regarding beach life while not being surrounded by the city. If you have been stuck in your house for the last 2 months, then you might be itching to get out of the house. Here is what you need to know about California State beaches.
All State beaches are open in California but not all activities are allowed. So, what is allowed and what is not allowed? In short you are required to wear a mask when you’re out on the beach. This time of year, you might be wanting to lay out on the beach and suntan. This unfortunately is not allowed. Sitting is also prohibited on the beach. Along with these two things, group activities are also not allowed such as volleyball. If you can’t sit and sunbath, what is there to do on the beach?
You can walk the beach and do water-based activities. Surfing would be an example of this. While walking of course you have to wear your mask. When it comes to getting in the ocean though, it is acceptable to take off your mask. Even though as a family you will be able to go to the beach, you won’t be able to do the things you are used to doing at a beach. This doesn’t mean that you it is a complete wash though. The benefits of getting out of the house and walking with an ocean breeze can do wonders when it comes to mental health.
Keep in mind though that piers, bike routes, boardwalks and parking lots are also closed. So when you’re driving to the beach have in mind that you may have to do a little bit of driving around for a parking spot.
Raymus Homes is proud of the homes we build and where we build. We want to give families not just the best home possible but also in the best possible location at a reasonable price.
