Passport at Griffin Park will be located in - you guessed it - Griffin Park, Manteca's hottest master planned community. Located in south Manteca near the intersection of Main Street and Springfield Drive, Passport at Griffin Park will be a village of 100 exclusive homes.

We are excited to offer the Passport Collection floor plans you know and love – the Bali, Lisbon, Marrakech, Zanzibar (welcome back!), and Tulum – at Griffin Park.

Our Sales Office and Model Complex is located at the Passport Base Camp located at 1254 Sephos Street, Manteca - less than a mile from Griffin Park. At Base Camp, you can tour our three beautiful model homes - the Lisbon, Marrakech, and Tulum - and learn more about how you can soon call Passport at Griffin Park home.

The Passport Base Camp is now open daily! Mondays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. No appointment necessary. Swing by, say hi, and check out our incredible model homes.
