Dillon Deal Days – Terms & Conditions
Limited-time offer available on three select move-in-ready Dillon homes at Strand Collection at The Trails: 3265 Rugnao Way, 2164 Appalachian Avenue, and 2178 Appalachian Avenue. Offer applies to new purchase agreements fully executed by November 29, 2026, subject to home availability.
Eligible buyers may receive a Seller Credit of up to 6% of the home's contract purchase price toward allowable buyer closing costs, prepaid expenses, and/or mortgage interest rate buydowns. Actual credit amount and permitted uses are subject to buyer qualification, loan type, loan-to-value ratio, lender approval, and applicable financing program guidelines. Seller Credit may not exceed applicable financing limits or eligible costs, cannot be applied toward the down payment, and has no cash or refund value. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
To qualify for the Dillon Deal Days incentives, buyers must obtain mortgage financing through Collective Mortgage. Purchases financed through other lenders are not eligible for these promotional incentives.
