For Homeowners Living at Griffin Park:
1) All service requests must be submitted in writing
2) To submit your request, log in to your ITK portal. Click Here
3) Click the Service Request link. Provide a detailed description of the issue, attach a photo(s), and suggest a preferred date and time for service. Please be as detailed as possible.
4) After your Service Request is submitted, an email is generated and sent to our Customer Service Team. The Team will review and respond within two (2) business days.
For All Our Other Amazing Homeowners:
There are two ways to submit your service request:
1) Send an email to CustomerService@RaymusHomes.com detailing the service you are requesting, your name, best contact phone number, and your address.
2) Call Raymus Homes at 209.824.3080. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Receptionist will direct your call to Customer Service.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Service calls are made Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Please be aware, sometimes two appointments may be needed for certain requests.
Trade partner hours vary; some trades require up to a four-hour window for their arrival time.
If you submit a service request and do not receive a message within 1-2 business days stating your request has been logged, your request may not have gone through. If this happens, please call 209.824.3080.
